The Notary Elicio operates at two offices.

The main office is centrally located in Rome, in Via Claudio Monteverdi 20, near Piazza Verdi (Pinciano-Villa Borghese area).

The secondary office is in Bracciano, in via Trento 3, in the heart of the historic center of the town, a short walk from the railway station.

VALENTINA FLAVONI

Head of the Rome office secretariat

With a valid experience in the real estate finance sector at two credential brokerage companies and in the general secretariat of agencies such as Confcommercio di Roma, Valentina has been working with the Notary Office Elicio since 2017 as head of the secretariat and responsible for managing copies of the Rome office.

CINZIA CHIASSARINI

Head of the Bracciano office secretariat

After obtaining the diploma of secretary of administration, Cinzia Chiassarini worked for several years at an international law firm in Rome before embarking on the career of notary assistant, which she has been carrying out continuously for about thirty years.

From 2019 she collaborates with the Notary Elicio, assisting him at the Bracciano office.

FRANCESCO DETTORI

Consultant

Born in Sassari in 1990, he studied Law at the University of Sassari, graduating in 2015 with a thesis on commercial law "Violation of the takeover bid obligation". He immediately began the notarial practice at the office of the Notary Livio Colizzi in Rome, which continued until 2017.

He attended courses for the preparation of the competition for Notaries, in particular at the schools of the Notarial Council of Rome, the "Anselmo Amselmi" Foundation and the "Neapolitan Notary School" of the Notary Genghini.
