Born in Milan in 1977, Federico Elicio completed his law studies at the Catholic University of Milan. From 2000 and until 2010 he collaborates with various notary offices in Milan and Rome. From 2003 to 2005 he was Assistant at the chair of Private Law and Civil Law of the University of Eastern Piedmont "Amedeo Avogadro"; in 2010 he trained as a Civil Mediator at the Chambers of Commerce of Novara and Turin and in 2012 he passed the admission exam to the profession of Lawyer, which he practiced for two years.
Notary since 2014, after an apprenticeship at the firm of Notaries Zabban-Notari-Rampolla and Associates of Milan, with whom he maintains a collaboration as a consultant, he began his activity as Notary in Grosseto and then finally moved to Rome in 2015.
It also performs the activity of Civil Mediator at the A.D.R. Notary (Alternative Dispute Resolution) at the Rome office. Since 2016 he has been part of the teaching staff of the "Anselmo Anselmi" Notary School of Rome in urban planning.
From 2019 he starts a collaboration with the firm of the Notaries Colizzi-Di Cave, one of the oldest notary associations in Rome still in activity, with whom he shares the office in Rome.
